- 15+ years of SAP consulting and enterprise architecture experience.
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA RISE (2025 Edition) migration.
- Deep understanding of Aerospace & Defense business processes, including manufacturing, supply chain, project systems, and MRO.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud ALM.
- Experience with Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition approaches.
- Deep understanding of Aerospace & Defense business processes, including manufacturing, supply chain, project systems, and MRO.
- Expertise in enterprise architecture, solution governance, and SAP integration.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- SAP Enterprise Architect, SAP S/4HANA, or TOGAF certifications are preferred.
