Required Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable).
• Strong functional knowledge of the collections lifecycle, particularly overdue receivables and collection processes.
• Proficient in FI-CA dunning, clearing, payments, returns, account maintenance, and correspondence.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting FI-CA events.
• Understanding of Business Partner, Contract Account, FI-CA documents, posting/clearing rules, and reconciliation concepts.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-volume transactional environments.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and collaborate effectively with developers.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with business, functional, technical, and integration teams.

Detailed Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI-CA Consultant with 8-10 years of SAP experience and strong expertise in end-to-end implementation projects. The consultant will be responsible for the functional design, configuration, integration, testing, and implementation of the SAP FI-CA Collections solution, focusing on collections, dunning, receivables, payments, and customer account management.

SAP Collections Module Setup Includes:

• Collection strategies
• Worklist automation
• Customer contact management and documentation
• Dispute case visibility integration
• Promise-to-pay (PTP) tracking
• Credit Management
• Dunning and statement setup and correspondence
