Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated SAP FICO-FSCM Consultant with a passion for Manufacturing and Service Industry. As a FICO-FSCM Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting in various projects related to assignments. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals and have at least 2 SAP end-to-end implementation experiences as an SAP FICO Consultant in Construction or similar industry. S4 HANA implementation experience is preferred.

· 8+ years of experience in SAP, including experience in construction-based customers.

· Must have experience working in all end-to-end configuration and business scenarios in Accounts Receivables.

· Must have worked in FSCM - Credit, Collections, Dispute/interfaces using third-party applications or SAP.

· Configuration experience in SAP FICO.

· Perform FICO design, testing, and training.

· Knowledge of key integration points with other modules related to FICO, e.g., MM, WM, SD, PP, PM, etc.

· Analyze and support FICO business processes and users.

· Write programming specifications and work with developers.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Problem-solving skills.

· Good to have Asset Accounting work experience.

· Construction/Manufacturing industry background.

· SAP FICO/S4 HANA certification.

· Experience with other SAP modules like MM, WM, SD, QM, PP, PM.

· Technical (ABAP/PI) knowledge/basic understanding.

· Working experience with various third-party application interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

· SAP FICO functional & Support – 100%.

· Effectively manage FICO module, with more focus on AR/FSCM/Asset Accounting.

· Collaborate with senior team members to work with business subject matter experts to make sure that the system is meeting business needs in a standardized fashion.

· Work with ABAP/PI team to conclude the required developments.

· Handle Break/Fix emergencies.

· Consult the business on how to use SAP functionality.

· Assist in the development and implementation of relevant technologies or platforms.

· Work with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

· Conduct research and development to improve SAP FICO, Credit Management, Dispute Management, and Collections Management.

· Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field.

• 10+ years of experience in the relevant field.

• Experience with SAP S4HANA FICO & FSCM.

• Knowledge of SAP S4HANA FICO & FSCM.

• Understanding of basic SAP programming languages or relevant skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Project-Specific Requirements:

The SAP FICO offshore team member will work on a project aimed at delivering support services through the ServiceNow tool for incidents, change requests, and tasks with 100% SLA. The ideal candidate should have experience in 10+ years of SAP FICO & FSCM, Credit Management, Dispute Management, and Collections Management. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements is essential.

Account Context:

The client is into building solutions and the manufacturing industry, including related products in North America. The S4 HANA Greenfield implementation is in progress in a phased go-live approach. The client is implementing a key global S4 HANA implementation template for all plants.

· Interview duration around 45 mins.

· Client COE team will conduct the interview.

· May start with process-oriented questions.

· In-depth evaluation of the specific module, technically/functionally.

· May ask to showcase/narrate any complex/challenging project/deliverables worked on during the tenure.

· Make sure to ask logical/professional questions to the client at the end.
