Overview:
Lead transformation of ECC Finance to S/4 Finance

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

· Lead the overall Finance transformation strategy, defining the future-state finance operating model.

· Own end-to-end Finance solution architecture across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Revenue Recognition, and Planning.

· Design and govern the S/4HANA Finance data model, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), organizational structures, chart of accounts, profit/cost centers, and financial master data standards.

· Lead financial close, consolidation, and group reporting architecture.

· Design Treasury, Cash Management, and Working Capital processes.

· Establish finance controls, compliance, and governance frameworks (accounting standards, audit, tax, SOX, segregation of duties).

· Define finance analytics and reporting strategy using S/4 Embedded Analytics, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

· Lead finance data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities.

· Serve as strategic advisor to Finance leadership and the CFO organization.

WHAT’S NEEDED

· S/4 Finance certification preferred.

· 10–15+ years of expertise in FI, CO, Asset Accounting, COPA, Group Reporting.

· Strong business stakeholder engagement capabilities.

· Knowledge in SAP Signavio required.

· Knowledge in SAP Cloud ALM required.

· Preferable if previously held a Solution Architect role.
