Job Description

PAY: $70-75 hour W2. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance. 
This is a fully remote role, no onsite work is expected. 
W2 Candidates will be given first priority. 
Description

  • Seeking an SAP HANA Cloud Database Administrator with 2+ years of hands-on administration experience focused primarily on SAP HANA Cloud on BTP, ideally spending 60%+ of their time directly administering HANA Cloud environments.
  • This is an operational/production support role, not SAP Basis or development.
  • Needs hands-on ownership of cloud database provisioning, monitoring, security, backup/recovery, performance, troubleshooting, and administration, with supporting SAP BTP and SAP Analytics Cloud experience.
Requirements
  • Degree + 2+ years of hands-on SAP HANA Cloud DB administration on SAP BTP – production support, provisioning, monitoring/alerts, performance, users/roles/privileges, backup/recovery, capacity/resources and troubleshooting
  • Strong SAP BTP administration – BTP Cockpit, subaccounts, entitlements, service instances, role collections, destinations/connectivity; Cloud Foundry and IAS/IPS valuable
  • Experience supporting SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) from an administration/connectivity perspective – Live/Import Connections, Cloud Connector, etc.; not simply SAC dashboard development
  • Experience independently supporting multiple production/non-production HANA Cloud databases, preferably global environments; HANA Cloud Central, Database Explorer, BTP Cockpit, HA/DR and point-in-time recovery experience valuable
  • Relevant SAP HANA Cloud/BTP certifications are a plus
  • Good Understanding of Data integration tools like SAP Data Intelligence (DI), Smart Data Integration (SDI), SAP Datasphere, SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), Airflow.
  • Understanding of working and managing Public Clouds likes Amazon Web Services (AWS)/Microsoft Azure.
