Seeking an experienced SAP ILM Technical Architect to lead ILM architecture, data archiving, retention, and lifecycle management for an SAP BRIM/S/4HANA environment.
Key Requirements:
Strong hands-on SAP ILM Architecture & Design experience
Expertise in SAP ILM, Data Archiving & Retention Management
Strong understanding of SAP BRIM & S/4HANA
Experience with ILM Store, Retention Management & Legal Hold
Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, audit & legal retention
Experience with large-scale archiving projects
Strong technical leadership and stakeholder communication
Experience with FICA, Convergent Invoicing (CI), or Convergent Mediation is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Design and own ILM architecture and archiving strategy
Define retention rules, lifecycle policies, and archiving objects
Lead ILM configuration, mock runs, validation, and production execution
Coordinate with BRIM, S/4HANA, BASIS, and functional teams
Support cutover, go-live, and post-archiving validation
