Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to support the launch of SAP/System capabilities for an IERP program. The role will focus on integration readiness, delivery execution, validation, release coordination, and go-live activities while ensuring controlled risks and clear ownership across workstreams.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience with SAP BTP and SAP PI/PO.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in SAP integration planning, dependency management, and release management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, JIRA, and SAFe frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration readiness and launch activities for assigned SAP/system capabilities.
• Manage integration dependencies, readiness checkpoints, release coordination, and E2E testing alignment.
• Coordinate cross-workstream cutover activities and go-live readiness.
• Partner with business SMEs, product teams, integration teams, and program governance stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve launch risks, dependencies, issues, and open decisions.
• Prepare and maintain technical/functional documentation, test evidence, issue logs, cutover inputs, and launch sign-off materials.
• Drive defect triage and resolution during SIT, UAT, dress rehearsal, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Provide regular status updates and ensure clear communication across technical and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP and PI/PO integration.
• Proven experience leading SAP integration or technical delivery initiatives.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, testing, release, and cutover processes.
• Experience working in large-scale SAP/ERP transformation programs.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple dependencies, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
