Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP IS -U modules across customer -to -cash processes
  <\/p><\/li>

• Analyze utility business requirements and translate them into SAP IS -U configurations
  <\/p><\/li>

• Work on Business Partner, Contract Accounts, and Contract setup
  <\/p><\/li>

• Support metering, billing, and invoicing processes
  <\/p><\/li>

• Assist in rate and tariff configuration
  <\/p><\/li>

• Execute unit testing and support integration and UAT cycles
  <\/p><\/li>

• Provide post -go -live support and issue resolution
  <\/p><\/li>

• Prepare functional documentation and test scripts
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  Required Skills – SAP IS -U
  <\/h2>

  • SAP IS -Utilities (IS -U) configuration experience
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Business Partner & Contract Account Management
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Meter Reading (MR)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Device Management (DM)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Billing and Invoicing
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Understanding of move -in / move -out processes
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Adjacent / Preferred Skills<\/span>
    <\/h2>

    • SAP FI -CA (basic exposure)
      <\/p><\/li>

    • SAP CRM or SAP CX for Utilities
      <\/p><\/li>

    • IDoc and interface understanding
      <\/p><\/li>

    • SAP ECC or S/4HANA exposure
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Utilities domain knowledge (Electric, Gas, or Water)
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
