Job Title: SAP Migration Architect
Job Summary:
- 10 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Data Migration & Transformation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migration, SAP ECC, and SAP data conversion.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services (BODS), LTMC/LTMOM, and data migration tools.
- Experience designing end-to-end migration strategies, roadmaps, and cutover plans.
- Strong understanding of data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience migrating master and transactional data across SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and WM.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud/On-Premise migration projects.
- Strong understanding of data governance, migration testing, mock loads, and production cutover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SAP data migration strategies and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful data migration.
- Conduct data quality assessments and implement data cleansing processes.
- Develop and execute migration testing plans and mock loads.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of SAP experience with a focus on data migration and transformation.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC migrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
