Imagine starting your morning in Midland, MI, reviewing overnight orders from key enterprise accounts. You log into SAP, validate pricing and product availability, and line up the most cost‑effective fulfillment plan. By midday, you’re partnering with Sales to align on a special request, coordinating with Logistics to hit a tight delivery window, and updating the customer with clear, timely status. You end the day capturing insights for process improvements and confirming that every priority order met its service levels.

Contract essentials

• Location: Onsite in Midland, Michigan 48674 (Monday–Friday)
• Engagement: 7‑month contract through Kelly
• Compensation: $20–$26 per hour, depending on experience

What you’ll handle

• Own end‑to‑end order entry and fulfillment for complex, high‑value customer accounts across one or more businesses.
• Validate and process orders in SAP in line with defined work processes, systems, and business policies.
• Maintain deep familiarity with product lines, applications, and service offerings to guide customer decisions.
• Build strong relationships, understand account needs, and surface market insights that support commercial objectives.
• Coordinate activities for assigned accounts and flex to cover additional customers when priorities shift.
• Meet or exceed service level targets based on business prioritization.
• Balance customer requirements with operational capabilities to select the most cost‑effective solution.
• Support multi‑business commercial strategies with consistent, accurate execution.
• Serve as a go‑to resource for key systems, tools, or business processes.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in similar customer operations/order management roles.
• 1–2 years of SAP experience preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving and clear communication skills (phone and email).
• Customer service and business process acumen; comfort working with high‑priority accounts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook; overall MS Office fluency.
