SAP OTC Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

The ideal candidate should have extensive SAP SD functional experience, along with hands-on Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP ECC integration experience. The candidate must be capable of working independently, engaging directly with customers, translating business requirements into functional specifications, investigating existing system behavior, and troubleshooting integration issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of SAP functional consulting / BSA experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.

• Extensive SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and OTC process knowledge.

• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce (SFDC) with SAP ECC.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end order management and order processing.

• Experience with logistics, delivery processing, shipping, and billing.

• Experience with EDI, IDocs, SAP interfaces, and integration troubleshooting.

• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting technical development teams.

• Strong functional testing, integration testing, and UAT experience.

• Ability to investigate existing system behavior and resolve functional issues.

• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams with limited direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and support end-to-end SAP OTC business processes.

• Work on Salesforce SAP integration and troubleshoot interface issues.

• Support order management, logistics, delivery, and billing processes.

• Investigate EDI, IDoc, and other interface-related issues.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Coordinate with developers and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.

• Perform functional testing and support UAT.

• Communicate directly with business stakeholders and customers.

Primary Skills: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SD, SAP OTC, Salesforce Integration, Order Management, EDI, IDocs, Billing, Logistics, Functional Specifications, UAT.
