Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead project management activities for a $100M+ enterprise SAP ERP Transformation Program. This role will manage and direct work across multiple projects, teams, and complex workstreams while ensuring program objectives remain aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.

Lead program and project management activities across a $100M+ SAP ERP transformation program.
Manage program governance, reporting, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communications.
Direct and coordinate activities across multiple projects, teams, and workstreams.
Lead a cross-functional team of 20+ resources across Europe and the Americas.
Establish and maintain program milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
Monitor execution and proactively address obstacles to keep projects and workstreams on track.
Develop and maintain executive-level program reporting, providing clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
Ensure program goals and objectives are aligned with broader organizational strategy.
Develop and implement programs and initiatives that support strategic business direction.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate program-level risks.
Evaluate program performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among global stakeholders, project teams, leadership, and business functions.
Maintain detailed project and program updates while keeping focus on overall delivery timelines and strategic objectives.
Operate effectively in a dynamic, high-paced enterprise transformation environment with multiple competing priorities.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Skills Required
10+ years of program/project management experience, preferably within large enterprise transformation environments.
Proven experience managing SAP ERP transformation programs and large-scale enterprise implementations.
Experience coordinating global teams across Europe, the Americas, and/or other international regions.
Strong program governance, project tracking, reporting, and risk management capabilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with and provide reporting to executive-level stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage granular project-level information while maintaining visibility of overall program objectives and timelines.
Proven ability to identify dependencies, risks, and issues and drive timely resolution.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex enterprise environment with numerous stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive accountability without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program/project management certification is preferred.
SAP-specific certifications are a plus, particularly for candidates with extensive SAP ERP transformation experience.

Minimum: Highschool diploma or GED
Pay Rate
$80 - $105 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
