Job Summary
Lucid Motors is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager / SAP Engagement Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional SAP initiatives. This role will be responsible for end-to-end SAP project delivery, ensuring integrated solution design across multiple SAP modules and successful execution from project initiation through post-go-live support.
The ideal candidate brings deep SAP functional knowledge, strong project and stakeholder management skills, and proven experience working within global delivery models, particularly in manufacturing or automotive environments.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP project management experience (15+ years preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience managing full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Deep understanding of S/4HANA end-to-end processes, including:
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Plan-to-Produce (P2P)
  • Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Proven experience working within global delivery models.
• Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary SAP teams.
• Strong knowledge across multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, or similar industries.
