Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Deployment Specialist Location: Plano, TX / Purchase, NY / Chicago, IL (Hybrid/Onsite with 70% Travel Required) Payrate : $60 to $70 Job Summary We are seeking a Manufacturing Deployment Specialist to support a large-scale PQGC PGT transformation initiative focused on Make-to-Deploy (MTD) activities within a global SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role sits within the Manufacturing (Make) organization and plays a key part in deployment, hyper-care, and stabilization of new standardized processes across Production Execution, Quality Management, and Production Planning (MRP). The role acts as a critical connector between business operations, IT teams, and external partners, ensuring successful adoption of harmonized processes, data structures, reporting, and analytics across manufacturing sites in the U.S. and Canada. This position is highly field-oriented and requires strong operational knowledge, analytical capability, and change management expertise. Key Responsibilities Support the design, deployment, and execution of harmonized manufacturing processes, data standards, controls, and analytics as part of the SAP S/4HANA transformation. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT development teams, and third-party vendors to ensure accurate translation of requirements into system functionality. Provide hands-on deployment support across manufacturing sites during rollout and hyper-care phases. Assist in post-go-live stabilization activities, issue resolution, and process optimization. Support change management efforts including end-user training, communication, and adoption of new processes. Analyze operational and project data using Excel and reporting tools to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and support resolution in coordination with project leadership. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, and Legacy Systems. Support development of standardized reporting, analytics, and performance tracking across sites. Adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site deployment environment. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree required 34+ years of experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing operations Strong working knowledge of SAP or S/4HANA (Manufacturing, Production Planning, Quality, or related modules) Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including production planning, execution, and quality management Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills Ability to work independently in a project-based, dynamic environment Must have indefinite right to work in the U.S. and ability to travel cross-border Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation or large-scale ERP deployments Background in change management and end-user training Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to challenge existing processes and recommend improvements Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones Comfortable working in a highly matrixed, global project environment Strong ability to visualize and map end-to-end business processesA
