About the Opportunity
ZipStaff is seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA PMMO / GPD SME for a Plan-to-Perform and project-manufacturing transformation at a major U.S. aerospace and defense organization, delivered through a global systems-integration partner.
This is a Level-7 client-facing architecture seat: you own end-to-end PMMO/GPD design, material costing, FAR-aligned process design, and integration to S/4HANA Finance/Manufacturing and Deltek Costpoint.
What You’ll Do:
- Architect and implement S/4HANA PMMO and Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution (GPD) for complex project manufacturing.
- Design grouping strategies specific to aerospace and defense manufacturing.
- Align Plan-to-Perform, financial planning, and performance management with FAR.
- Direct material costing and financial integration across S/4HANA Finance, Manufacturing, and Project Systems.
- Integrate SAP and non-SAP sources, including live/import connections to S/4HANA and Deltek Costpoint.
- Partner with client IT leadership and process owners on solution alignment.
- Present architecture to a technical panel and to the client.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years SAP FI/CO, including material costing with PMMO/GPD in project-based manufacturing.
- 5+ years hands-on S/4HANA PMMO / GPD solution design (not awareness).
- 5+ years S/4HANA Manufacturing functional implementation.
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder — no sponsorship, no OPT/H-1B.
- Able to travel to client sites (St. Louis, MO) as required.
- Strong client-facing architecture presence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Project Systems (PS), CO, or EPPM.
- S/4HANA–Deltek Costpoint integration.
- Aerospace & Defense or Oil & Gas transformation.
- FAR compliance in project manufacturing.

- No hands-on S/4HANA PMMO/GPD design.
- Requires sponsorship or is C2C-only.
