SAP S/4HANA PP Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP Lead to lead the PP/PPDS workstream for an S/4HANA Digital Transformation program in a semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA PP/PPDS design, configuration, testing, and implementation.

• Drive Kinaxis RapidResponse integration and planning processes.

• Lead Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F) processes across planning and execution.

• Integrate SAP with MES, PLM, MM, SD, and QM.

• Optimize MRP, production planning, detailed scheduling, BOMs, routings, production versions, and capacity planning.

• Support UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

• Work with cross-functional business and IT teams and lead onshore/offshore delivery.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP / PPDS configuration and solution design.

• Variant Configuration experience.

• Hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse integration experience.

• Strong knowledge of MRP, Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, BOM, Routings, Production Versions, and Capacity Planning.

• Experience with SAP, MES, and PLM integration.

• Experience leading S/4HANA transformation programs.

• Semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing experience preferred.

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
