Pay: USD 95-100/hr on w2

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP Lead to lead the transformation of SAP Production Planning (PP / PPDS) capabilities within a complex semiconductor supply chain environment.

The role will focus on integrating SAP S/4HANA with Kinaxis RapidResponse to enable synchronized planning and execution across the supply chain. The resource will lead the PP/PPDS workstream, support end-to-end Plan-to-Fulfill processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams across planning, manufacturing, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

SAP PP / PPDS & Plan-to-Fulfill

• Lead the SAP PP / PPDS workstream across end-to-end Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F) processes.
• Drive the design and implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse capabilities covering Demand, Supply, S&OP, and Factory Planning.
• Define end-to-end planning-to-execution integration across SAP, MES, and PLM.
• Lead the SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle, including design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Eligible to workimize planning processes using MRP, heuristics, and scheduling strategies.
• Align planning solutions with semiconductor manufacturing constraints, including multi-stage BOMs and long lead times.
• Manage cross-functional teams across planning, manufacturing, and IT.

Required Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP / PPDS, including configuration and solution design.

• Hands-on experience with Variant Configuration.

• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse integration.

• Strong knowledge of:

• MRP

• Production Planning

• Detailed Scheduling

• BOMs

• Routings

• Production Versions

• Capacity Planning

• Experience integrating SAP with:

• MM

• SD

• QM

• MES

• PLM

Program & Delivery Experience

• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Strong experience with UAT, cutover, and hypercare execution.
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end Plan-to-Fulfill processes.
• Experience coordinating complex functional and technical dependencies across planning, manufacturing, and IT.

Industry Experience

• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of:
• Multi-stage manufacturing flows
• Long-lead-time supply chains
• Complex production planning and execution environments

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT.
• Experience leading global delivery teams, including onshore/offshore resources.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate planning and solution decisions effectively.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with advanced planning platforms such as SAP IBP or SAP APO.

• Exposure to S&OP / IBP processes and supply chain control-tower solutions.

• Knowledge of:

• SAP BTP

• SAP Integration Suite

• Middleware technologies such as Talend

• APIs

• Data integration and governance frameworks

• Experience with:

• NPI (New Product Introduction)

• Engineering-driven supply chains

• AI/analytics-driven planning

• Predictive supply chain capabilities

• Familiarity with semiconductor-specific processes such as:

• Fab-to-assembly planning

• Engineering change integration between PLM and ERP
