    • Design and standardize planning processes spanning SAP PS/WBS-driven demand, MRP, embedded PP/DS, capacity planning, production orders, and manufacturing master data.
    • Translate operational requirements into scalable SAP solutions aligned with global templates and cross-functional business needs.
    • Ensure effective integration between SAP Production Planning and related business processes, including project-based manufacturing, supply chain, quality, maintenance, finance, and manufacturing execution systems.

    • Experience supporting an SAP transformation, S/4HANA implementation, or greenfield manufacturing deployment.
    • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
    • Experience in industrial, heavy manufacturing, capital equipment, transformer, or other complex engineered-product environments is preferred.
    • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
