Job Title: SAP Senior Technical Support Engineer (14416)
Location: Columbia, SC 29201 Hybrid – Onsite schedule will be determined by the hiring manager after the start date.
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Interview: 1 Round – Virtual/Online
Candidate Location: Open to nationwide candidates. South Carolina residency is not required. All travel-related expenses for onsite work will be the responsibility of the candidate, regardless of onsite frequency.

Required Skills
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of SAP HCM Functional experience in a professional environment.
- Understanding of SAP Portal technology.
- Functional knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with Mail Services in SAP through Standard API.
- General understanding of accounting processes.
- Knowledge of enterprise-level applications, including ERP systems.
- 1+ years of SAP Workflow experience.
- Experience with three full life cycles of SAP project implementation.
- Provide functional and technical support for SAP HCM applications, including analysis, development, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Develop, test, debug, and implement SAP ABAP programs and modifications within HCM modules.
- Configure SAP Enterprise Structure, including Personnel Areas, Personnel Subareas, Employee Groups, and Employee Subgroups.
- Create and maintain Organizational Plans and Organizational Structures within SAP HCM.
- Support SAP HCM components, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll Management.
- Work with SAP SuccessFactors, including Learning Management, Performance and Goals Management, and Succession and Development.
- Support legacy ERP data migration into the SCEIS SAP environment, including data analysis, mapping, translation, cleansing, and validation.
- Perform data migrations and updates using SAP LSMW, EpiUse Data SyncManager (DSM), and BDC programming, including Session and Call Transaction methods.
- Work with SAP HR Cluster Tables, Dynamic Actions, and SAP Portal/Fiori technologies.
- Develop and maintain WRICEF objects (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) within SAP ERP HCM.
- Perform data retrieval using SAP Ad Hoc Query, Report Painter, and SAP tables.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, business analysts, and system owners to design and implement efficient SAP solutions.
- Investigate and resolve SAP application issues, including program performance problems and production defects.
- Research and evaluate SAP OSS Notes and apply necessary software fixes and updates.
- Perform unit testing, develop test scripts, document results, and support project milestones and signoffs.
- Maintain technical documentation, support logs, configuration records, and development documentation.
- Provide technical guidance to functional teams and support ongoing SAP system enhancements.
- Provide after-hours SAP production support as required.
