Job Title: SAP Source-to-Settle (S2S) LeadLocation: Irving, TX (Onsite — local candidates only)Duration: 12+ monthsRate: C2CWork Authorization: USC, GC, or H1BJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP Source-to-Settle Lead to support Finance stabilization and process optimization across an SAP landscape. This role partners with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver requirements, design, build coordination, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify operational pain points, process inefficiencies, and reporting needs across Source-to-Settle.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of S2S enhancements and stabilization efforts, including requirements gathering, functional design, technical coordination, SIT/UAT support, deployment, and hypercare.
- Improve vendor onboarding and maintenance, purchase requisitions and orders, non-PO invoicing, approval workflows, AP processing and reconciliation, Ariba integrations, and operational reporting.
- Coordinate across AMS, project, reporting, integration, and business teams.
- Support backlog prioritization, sizing, defect resolution, and roadmap planning.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, shorten invoice cycle times, and stabilize procurement and AP operations.Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of SAP procurement and AP experience, with strong SAP S/4HANA expertise.
- Deep knowledge of Source-to-Settle and Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Strong experience with vendor management, invoice processing, approval workflows, and AP operations.
- Experience leading requirements and solution discussions with business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced stabilization environment.
- Strong business and technical coordination and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Ariba experience.
- SAP VIM/OpenText experience.
- Utility or energy industry experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or stabilization programs.
