Our Client, an American Biotechnology company, is looking for a SAP Supply Chain Project Manager for their Sunnyvale, CA location.
Responsibilities:
Gain cross-functional alignment on strategies, goals, resources, and timelines. Cross-functional teams include Finance, Manufacturing & Operations, Infrastructure, Product Quality, Regulatory & Compliance, Field Service, and other Business Units.
Partner with business PM to organize and lead core team and executive steering committee meetings incl., status reports to the project sponsor and steering committee.
Drive resolution of constraints, conflicts and other challenges that could impact timely and successful execution of projects.
Provide clear communication to the organization on project status, critical path, as well as potential areas of risk. Create & manage project plan and assign tasks to team members.
Manage (including ensuring the quality of) project deliverables in line with the project plan:
Kick Off Presentation
Detailed Project Schedule in MS Project/Smartsheet
Project Budget vs. Actuals
Business Blueprint
Test Plan
Training Plan
Organization Change Management engagement – stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training material and end user training, solution adoption.
Record, manage project issues and escalate when necessary, ensuring resolution on a timely basis.
Ensure compliance to internal business and quality system requirements and to external regulatory standards.
Requirements:
MS Office and JIRA
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to lead, influence and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross functional team environment
Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and oversee multiple projects at once
Minimum 8 years of experience involved in leading major cross-functional projects in Manufacturing Operations
Medical device experience is a plus
Experience with supervising people desired
Certification in project management (PMP) pr Scrum Master (CSM) desired
