SAP Test Lead

Duties and Responsibilities:

The SAP Test Lead will manage SAP ERP consultants to ensure quality assurance and system functionality. The successful SAP Test Least will be responsible for leading the test team and providing day-to-day, hands on, guidance to the testing organization. Candidate must have prior experience in leading testing for a large complex SAP environments, ECC 6.0 and BI experience, and knowledgeable in industry standard testing tools and best practices. Experience in SAP ASAP Methodology required and Federal Government testing requirements preferred Candidate should have prior experience in working with HP ALM and in the implementation of automated testing tools, preferably Worksoft Certify. Other responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Planning for User Acceptance and System Integration Test

• Create test data

• Perform test execution

• Support testing for production issues

• Leverage the client's knowledge of business processes

• Support business users during user acceptance testing

• Consistently provide high quality analysis of assigned work items

• Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality and completed on time

• Motivate team by helping to create positive work environment

• Perform peer reviews on other team member's deliverables

• Expand functional/data model knowledge

• Learn tools necessary for successful execution and defect analysis

• Contribute to work estimates as necessary

• Seek and share ways to improve test processes

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• 5 years test experience with SAP ECC and BI

• Public Sector experience, DoD preferred

• Testing in support of 3 full lifecycle implementations, or major releases

• Automated test tool implementation and day to day execution

• Excellent client communication and writing skills

• Significant experience leading testing activities for an ERP program

• Experience working with Worksoft

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor's Degree- Required

Required Certifications:

• SAFe Certifications- Strongly Preferred

• SAP Certifications- Strongly Preferred

Other:

• Must be US Citizen

• Must have Active DoD Secret clearance or Ability to Obtain it

• Willingness to be on-site daily
