Tarantelli s is seeking an experienced and dependable Saut Cook to join our busy Italian restaurant kitchen. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced nightly service while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and cleanliness.

Position Details

Pay: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: 2:30 PM 10:30 PM nightly

Weekends: Required

Availability: Open availability for nightly dinner service

Requirements

Culinary education or formal culinary training required

Previous professional saut or cooking experience required

Reliable transportation required

Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume kitchen

Strong understanding of cooking techniques, timing, and proper food handling

Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

Willingness to work weekends and maintain consistent nightly availability
