Responsibilities:
- Provides a world-class patient experience through positive phone, chat, and email interactions and continuously elevates patient satisfaction and experience.
- Accurately and compassionately schedules/re-schedules/cancels appointments, pre-registers patients using EPIC, and aids in patient-to-clinic healthcare questions for up to two specialty lines.
- Identifies and resolves the needs of the patient to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Ensures an efficient and effective interaction through management of Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance scoring (QA).
- Shows dedication and commitment to patients through dependable attendance and schedule adherence.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare field/role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and Microsoft outlook.
- Knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or higher in a related field of study.
- call center environment experience.
