Scheduler / HHA/CNA

Joy Health Services has an excellent opportunity for a Scheduler/ HHA! This is a full-time position, day shift position; however, the incumbent may be required to be on call on some nights and/or weekends occasionally. Joy Health Services is a home healthcare company; we send home health aides and nurses to the clients' homes to take care of them. As a Scheduler, the main responsibility is to ensure that all clients' shifts are covered with the appropriate employee. The incumbent is expected to keep pace with all scheduling changes (new admissions, change in clients' schedules, employees calling off for their shift thus creating an immediate need, client discharges, etc.) You will work very closely with the Head Scheduler and other office staff.

Additional duties may include, but not limited to:

• Verifying that all employee's are clocking In/Out properly for payroll.
• Communicating with the clients and their families regarding the schedule
• Communicating with the employees to ensure that they know their schedule and the clients' information at a timely manner
• Monitoring clients' payer types and ensuring that clients do not exceed their allotted number of hours in a month
• This position requires a HHA/CNA License.
• Must be willing to work in the field if needed.
