Job Description:
Requirements:- 6+ months experience in a radiology or medical imaging department
- 1+ years experience in medical scheduling, patient access, or call center environment
- Experience with high-volume inbound/outbound calls and scheduling workflows
- Experience with insurance verification, authorization, and patient registration
- Proficiency in medical terminology and imaging procedures (X-ray, ultrasound, mammography, DEXA)
- Ability to manage work queues, orders, and electronic health record systems
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-resolution skills
