Duties and Responsibilities:

The Service Coordinator manages the Service Technicians schedule, oversees daily Service Technicians interactions with customers, handles any complaints or questions and reports to the Department Manager as necessary.

• Manages Service Technicians schedule.
• Acts as liaison between Salesmen, Builders, Homeowners and Service Department.
• Answers questions regarding service.
• Addresses and resolves any issues or complaints relating to service.
• Reports problems and unresolved issues to Department Manager.
• Writes up service requests and service reports.
• Schedules appointment with builders or homeowners.
• Maintains service parts for open service orders.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exhibits strong organizational skills.
• Is capable of remaining patient and calm when dealing with frustrated customers or homeowners.
• Works well with a team.
• Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Is capable of conducting independent research.
• Maintains professional but friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
• Is able to multi-task effectively.
