About the role

We're seeking an organized, personable Scheduling Coordinator to manage interview scheduling for internship candidates over the coming months. You'll be a key point of contact for candidates and interviewers, helping create a smooth, welcoming experience while keeping a busy interview calendar on track.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate internship interviews with candidates, hiring teams, and other stakeholders.
• Send interview invitations, confirmations, instructions, and timely updates.
• Manage calendar conflicts, rescheduling, and last-minute changes with care and urgency.
• Maintain accurate interview schedules, candidate records, and status updates.
• Partner with internal teams and communicate professionally with candidates, external partners, and clients as needed.
• Help improve scheduling processes and support related recruiting coordination tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; fields such as human resources, marketing, communications, or business are welcome.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a polished, professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative approach and confidence communicating with people at different levels, both inside and outside the organization.
• Comfort using calendars, email, spreadsheets, and other scheduling tools.
