Scheduling Coordinator

Position: Revenue Efficiency CoordinatorLocation: Mechanicsburg, PA | Onsite Schedule: Monday-Saturday | One Weekday Off

Monday-Friday: 11:30 AM-8:00 PM, with one weekday off

Saturday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Looking for a fast-paced opportunity where you can help customers, keep operations running smoothly, and make a direct impact on business results?West Shore Home is hiring a Revenue Efficiency Coordinator to support our scheduling and customer service operations. In this role, you'll communicate with customers to schedule, reschedule, and confirm upcoming appointments, helping maximize scheduling efficiency and keep projects moving toward installation.This is a high-volume, metrics-driven role focused on communication, organization, problem-solving, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and confirm customer installation appointments

Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate team when needed

Identify opportunities to fill open appointment slots and offer customers earlier dates when available

Respond to customer voicemails and chat inquiries

Accurately document appointment details and customer interactions in our CRM system

Monitor scheduling progress and work toward established performance goals

Partner with internal teams to keep projects progressing toward installation

Deliver exceptional customer service while helping the business meet its revenue targets

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage a high volume of calls while staying organized and accurate

A proactive, results-oriented mindset

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team

Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous customer service experience preferred
