️ What You'll Do

Answer and support calls from caregivers, clients, and families
Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure every client receives exceptional care
Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and personality
Maintain accurate scheduling, payroll, and care documentation
Solve scheduling challenges with confidence and creativity
Assist with office operations while supporting our growing care team
Participate in an on-call rotation to help ensure uninterrupted care when needed

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Healthcare, scheduling, staffing, or customer service experience preferred
Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background screening and drug test
