Scheduling Manager - Commercial Construction

• Develop and manage project schedules from preconstruction through project completion
• Partner with Preconstruction, Project Managers, and Superintendents to create and maintain baseline schedules
• Monitor schedule performance, critical path activities, milestones, and project forecasting
• Standardize scheduling processes, templates, reporting, and best practices across the organization
• Identify schedule risks and assist project teams in developing recovery plans and mitigation strategies

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience with a commercial general contractor
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and field operations
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and experienced in developing and maintaining complex project schedules
• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously and communicating with both field and office teams

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
