Demonstrated people-management experience, with direct responsibility for leading, developing, and managing a team of Project Schedulers and Planners, including performance management, coaching, workload planning, and team development.
Expert-level Primavera P6 skills and strong critical path method (CPM) expertise.
Experience overseeing integrated master schedules, cost- and resource-loaded schedules, earned value management (EVM), and schedule forecasting.
Strong knowledge of schedule risk analysis, delay analysis, time impact analysis, and recovery planning.
Deep understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction execution, with the ability to partner effectively with project leadership and cross-functional teams.
