School-Based Occupational Therapist - Part-Time

Therapy Source is seeking a Pennsylvania-licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-person services to private school students with autism and behavioral needs during the current school year. This part-time position offers 2–3 days per week during school-day hours, between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM. Responsibilities do not include crisis intervention or physical holds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop targeted goals based on student needs.
• Provide occupational therapy services that support students’ personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational goals.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation and records.
• Collaborate with school staff and other members of the educational team as appropriate.

Must Have:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities, including autism and behavioral needs
• Ability to provide services in person
• Up-to-date required clearances, or willingness to obtain them
• Professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it

Preferred:

• Previous experience providing occupational therapy services in a school-based setting
• Experience supporting or participating in IEPs
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams
