School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)

Therapy Source is seeking Pennsylvania-licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-person speech-language services to private school students with autism and behavioral needs in the Wyomissing, Kutztown, and Reading, PA, areas during the current school year.

Full-time and part-time openings are available, with each position based at a single location. Full-time hours follow the school day, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. These roles do not involve crisis intervention or physical holds.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop targeted goals based on student needs.
• Provide speech-language therapy services that support students’ communication, social, and academic goals.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation and records.
• Collaborate with school staff and other members of the educational team as appropriate.

Must Have:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in Pennsylvania
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates are not eligible
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities, including autism and behavioral needs
• Ability to provide services in person
• Up-to-date required clearances, or willingness to obtain them
• Professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it

Preferred:

• Previous experience providing speech-language services in a school-based setting
• Experience supporting or participating in IEPs
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams
