School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team supporting students in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children achieve communication success and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities
• Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and therapy objectives
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, pragmatic, and voice disorders
• Provide classroom-based and pull-out therapy services as appropriate

Qualifications
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state SLP license and/or Department of Education certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Schedule
Full-time / Part-time opportunities available
Pay rate $45-$60/hour based on experience in school setting
School-day hours following academic calendar
