- Earn $16.00 per hour during monitor hours worked.

After You Earn Your CDL
Driver Pay Rates
- Van Driver: $26.00 per hour
- School Bus Driver: $28.50 per hour

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers according to established schedules and routes
- Help maintain a safe and positive environment for passengers
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, school personnel, and coworkers
- Complete required reports and documentation accurately
- Follow all company, state, and federal safety regulations

Successful candidates are compassionate, dependable, and committed to creating a safe, respectful, and positive experience for every passenger. Training will be provided to help you understand student needs and perform your role with confidence and professionalism.
Qualifications
Application Requirements
- Complete employment application and new hire paperwork
- Pass all required background screenings
Documentation
- Provide valid identification
- Provide three professional references
- Submit residential history as required
Pre Employment Requirements
- Pass a company paid physical examination
- Pass a drug and alcohol screening
- Successfully complete required background investigations
Physical Requirements
- Climb and descend bus steps
- Move quickly from a seated position
- Operate emergency exits when necessary
- Safely perform passenger evacuation procedures, including moving up to 125 pounds during emergency drills
