School Bus Driver

Come join our team! As a School Bus Driver, you'll have the support of a dedicated local management team and receive the training needed to perform your job safely and with care. School Bus Drivers are responsible for the safe transportation of students to and from school along established routes, following school bus and bus stop safety standards, completing daily vehicle inspections, and ensuring a safe ride for every student.

We are currently seeking licensed CDL drivers with "S" and "P" endorsements to transport students to and from school on established routes in Region 17.

Responsibilities

• Drive a school bus route, picking up and dropping off student passengers at established bus stops.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the safe operation of the bus.
• Conduct post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Attend and participate in monthly safety meetings.
• Clean the bus as needed to maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's standards.
• When requested or desired, drive field trips, athletic trips, and charter runs to transport students and other passengers safely to and from their destinations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid CDL with "S" and "P" endorsements.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving experience.
• Must have a clean driving record within the past 24-36 months.
• Must successfully complete all required pre-employment background checks.
• Must be able to meet all DOT and company requirements.
