    Job Description

    REPORTS TO: Child Nutrition Coordinator

    FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

    TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 185 days (7 hours per day)

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or its equivalent; manager certification or temporary certification as determined by the Board of Secondary and Elementary Education (Preferred); a minimum of one (1) year of successful experience as a permanent, full-time employee in a Child Nutrition program as an assistant manager (Preferred); skilled in all duties of a food service technician; positive attitude; ability to be a good team leader and worker; good communication skills and people skills; ability to use computer/software programs; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and 50 pounds with assistance. Ability to complete basic math problems including fractions, decimals, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
