    Responsibilities:

    • Provide psychological support and counseling services to students.
    • Promote students' mental health and well-being.
    • Develop and implement counseling programs and activities.
    • Monitor and report on counseling performance and metrics.
    • Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to support student mental health.

    Skills:

    • Strong counseling and psychological assessment skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Knowledge of counseling best practices and tools.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in school counseling.
    • Professional certification in counseling preferred.
