School Nurse (RN) – 1:1 Student Care

Position Overview

• Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care throughout the full school day, promoting the student’s safety, comfort, and participation in school activities.
• Manage G-tube feedings and central line care in accordance with the individualized care plan and established clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with school staff and caregivers to support the student’s medical needs, daily routines, and successful transition into the school environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and respond promptly to changes in the student’s condition or medical needs.

Qualifications 

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Pediatric nursing experience, with strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Demonstrated competency in G-tube management, central line care, and monitoring medically complex pediatric patients
