Physical Therapist (PT) | School-Based

Enid, OK & Northwestern Oklahoma | Part-Time | $50–$57.50/Hour

PediaStaff is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to support students across multiple school districts in the Enid, Oklahoma and surrounding Northwestern Oklahoma area! This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for a PT who enjoys working with diverse student populations, collaborating with educational teams, and helping children develop the mobility and functional skills needed to succeed in school.

Position Highlights

• Location: Enid, OK and surrounding Northwestern Oklahoma communities
• Start Date: January 2027
• End Date: April 2027, with potential for extension
• Schedule: Part-Time, 3 days per week
• Caseload: Approximately 25–30 students
• Setting: School-Based, multiple campuses
• Service Area: Up to 10 school district campuses
• Pay Rate: $50–$57.50 per hour, based on experience
• Employment: W-2 contract through PediaStaff

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments to identify students' functional and mobility needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct physical therapy services and consultation across school settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary special education teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and student planning.
• Provide recommendations regarding mobility, positioning, adaptive equipment, and accessibility.
• Maintain accurate and timely therapy documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license required.
• Previous pediatric or school-based physical therapy experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel between multiple school campuses.
• Passion for supporting students with diverse physical and developmental needs.
