Location: 2390 Pitkin Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11208 Weekly caseload: 18 individual students / 20 individual sessions; 27 group students / 35 group sessions. Sessions are 30 minutes. Approximate weekly onsite hours: 27.5 hours. Population: Middle School Language: English Seeking an on-site school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver individual and group IEP speech-language services, document student progress, and collaborate with school personnel. Exact hours and session duration to be confirmed in interview. Sessions are billed in 30 minute increments. Required: - Current NYS Speech-Language Pathology license and registration - Applicable NYS school certification (TSSLD/TSHH) - Age-appropriate experience. - Ability to provide English services. MANDATORY NYCPS ORS CLEARANCE: All providers must be cleared through NYCPS Office of Related Services prior to starting. AVs must submit resume, licenses, certifications, availability, and provider SSN via secure Stafferlink collection process. Aequor will coordinate individual provider applications directly with ORS. No start before ORS clearance and RSA authorization. ORS will set up access to SESIS for charting.
