Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School - (SLP - School)
StartDate: 11/16/2026 Available Shifts: 7.5 D Pay Rate: $3011.00 - $3103.00
Provide school-based speech therapy services for PreK-8th grade students, managing a caseload of 55 students with SLPA support. You will conduct speech and language evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals, provide direct therapy, track progress, handle billing and documentation, and participate in IEP meetings. Most work will be at one school site, with occasional support at up to two or three sites 1. Candidates must hold an active California SLP license and have experience working with students in educational settings. Strong collaboration and communication skills are recommended 2. Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, School
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
State License is Required to Start the Assignment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics
Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
