**School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Brooklyn, NY**

CloudinfraIT is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for an on-site school-based assignment supporting middle school students.

### Assignment Details
- **Location:** Brooklyn, NY 11208
- **Contract Dates:** November and Dec
- **Contract Length:** 35 weeks
- **Hours:** 8:30 AM – 3:10 PM
- **Lunch Break:** 30 minutes
- **Population:** Middle School
- **Language:** English
- **Setting:** On-site school-based therapy

### ️ Weekly Caseload
- **Individual Services:** 18 students / 20 individual sessions
- **Group Services:** 27 students / 35 group sessions

*Exact hours and session duration will be confirmed during the interview. Sessions are billed in 30-minute increments.*

### Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group speech-language services according to student IEPs.
- Document student progress and therapy services.
- Collaborate with school personnel to support student needs.
- Provide speech-language services in English.

### ✅ Requirements
- Current **New York State Speech-Language Pathology License and Registration**
- Applicable NYS school certification (**TSSLD/TSHH**)
- Min 2+ years of School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Ability to provide services in English

### ⚠️ Mandatory NYCPS ORS Clearance
- NYCPS Office of Related Services (ORS) clearance is required before starting.
- Resume, licenses, certifications, and availability must be submitted.
- Provider SSN must be submitted through the secure Stafferlink collection process.
- Aequor will coordinate individual provider applications directly with ORS.
- **No start before ORS clearance and RSA authorization.**
- ORS will arrange access to **SESIS** for charting.
