Designs, conducts, and interprets biological and microbiological experiments to support research and development programs. This role provides technical and scientific support for technology transfer, product development, and process optimization activities. The Scientist will review data and literature, prepare technical summaries, and provide recommendations for potential improvements and applications within the organization.
Conduct biological and microbiological testing, including environmental monitoring, bioburden, endotoxin, growth promotion, and biological indicator studies.
Perform biomarker identification and development using established and innovative laboratory techniques.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with GLP/GMP standards.
Analyze, interpret, and summarize experimental data; prepare and present scientific findings to internal teams.
Prepare standards, reagents, and controls according to established protocols.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain analytical and laboratory instruments.
Perform literature reviews, statistical analyses, and utilize software for data interpretation and reporting.
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, quality, and regulatory procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and laboratory best practices.
