We are seeking a motivated Scientist to join our Formulation Development team.
In this role, you will design, execute, and analyze laboratory experiments to support small-molecule drug formulation across clinical stages.
You will apply materials science, characterization principles, and pharmaceutical operations to enhance product understanding and meet project goals.
Responsibilities include compiling experimental data into high-quality reports, supporting strategic planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an inclusive environment.
Qualifications include a degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields, with 0–3 to 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
Preferred experience includes modified-release formulations, Process Analytical Technology, and innovation-driven approaches.
