Prior experience must include: Perform PAT on-line/at-line technology with Fed-Batch cell culture processes; includes supporting technology U-HPLC, GX-281 Liquid Handler, MAST PAT software; perform multivariate data analysis on metabolites lactate and glucose, measured with Raman spectroscopy and utilizing SIMCA 17; Execute research experiments independently with knowledge of biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry, chromatography, protein separation principles and mammalian cell culture (past work has included enzymatic/protein assays, reagent/buffer preparation, chromatography column packing, liquid chromatography, executing and writing SOPs, related documentation); perform statistical modeling and experimental design; Author technical documentation, including experimental results/reports, SOP/protocol, contributions to publication.
