Job Description

Job Title: Scientist II
Duration: 6 months contract (with possible extension)
Terms: Contract W2
Max Pay: $46.00 per hour on W2
Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080
Working Model: Fully onsite
Working Day: Monday through Friday
Working Hours: Standard 8 hour shift (40 hours weekly)

Skills

Has hands-on experience with ex vivo CAR-T engineering using lentiviral vectors
Has additional experience with automation, viral vector purification, DOE, or viral vector analytics
Can troubleshoot experiments independently and optimize experimental conditions
Has experience with mammalian cell culture, transfection, and viral vector generation
Has at least 3 years of relevant laboratory research or industrial experience
Holds an MS or PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Virology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Genetics, or a related field
