Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Scientist Senior Associate. The role involves small molecule analytical method development, routine testing, maintenance of instrumentation, and conducting both nGxP and GxP experiments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent collaboration skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
Develop and qualify analytical methods for small molecules.
Perform routine testing and maintenance of analytical equipment.
Conduct nGxP and GxP experiments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in HPLC/UHPLC method development and operation.
Experience with analytical techniques such as GC, spectroscopy, KF, and dissolution.
Strong understanding of method qualification, validation, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work onsite full-time without remote accommodations.
Skills
Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new methodologies.
Experience in GMP environments and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
Excellent weighing and pipetting skills.
Knowledge of mass spectrometry (MS) and spectroscopy techniques like UVVis and FTIR.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.00 - $32.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
