Job Description

111 Sign, a printing and signage company, is seeking a Scrum Master to join our team and help drive Agile practices and smooth project delivery. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in coaching cross-functional teams, removing blockers, and ensuring efficient collaboration across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams, Product Owner, and stakeholders on Scrum and Agile principles
• Identify and remove impediments to project progress
• Help maintain a clear and prioritized backlog
• Track and report team metrics for improvement
• Foster collaboration between technical teams and print production staff
• Support planning around print-specific constraints
• Encourage continuous improvement and feedback culture
• Coordinate with other teams and managers on releases and initiatives

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
